Level: Management Position

General Purpose:
To pr***de general day-to-day support to Center Director, training consultants and trainees.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Pr***de overall Center support in the areas of training, sales & marketing, IT/technology, and other initiatives through collaboration with Center Director, support staff, consultant trainers and trainees.
• Supervision, Management and Leadership:
o In coordination with the Center Director the Program Manager is the first line supervisor for all other Center staff. He will ensure staff meet required job functions and deliverables.
o Assists the Center Director in keeping accurate account of budgetary expenditures and office inventory.
o Document institutional effectiveness through appropriate research studies and reports.
o Assume special responsibilities on assignment by the Center Director in relation to other activities to *******, but not limited to Center marketing activities.
• Planning, Coordination of Training:
o In coordination with the Center Director the Program Manager is responsible for all coordinating functions related to scheduling instructors, classes and labs.
o Maintains accurate trainee records and assists in pr***ding and interpreting Center policies and regulations related to trainee records information by managing the Centers registration software.
o Coordinates booked courses with external clients.
• IT Support:
o Be involved in using the computer systems for registration, record keeping, word processing and other data handling functions to ensure smooth operation of the Center.
o Oversee Center’s IT network and IT staff.
Minimum Requirements:
• Two-year degree or diploma required with evidence of formal training.
• Two years of employee supervision experience with history of strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Evidence of strong technical/IT background. Proficient in MS Office applications and use of the Internet.
• Good English (speaking and writing) required.
