Sr. Recruitment Executive
Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam-Saudi Arabia
Nationality Required: Only for Saudi Nationals(Male) living in Eastern Pr***nce
Job Purpose and orientation :
To be an active agent in maintaining a right fit talent management program in accordance with operational requirements. The recruitment operations are subject to same industry experience so conventional ways don’t work well. Candidate applying for this position should have energies and experience in building up relationships in relevant industry/competitors to locate a right talent pool according to our open positions. So role seems more of headhunting and very less about traditional recruitment.
Principal Activities :
• HR Planning and budgeting
• Designing strategy for talent acquisition in accordance to nature of talent requirement in company
• Identifying target market/talent pool for all positions (Existing/potential)
• Being updated about current and near future talent requirements in different departments of the company
• Keep updated information about the candidates available in market in term of their suitability for existing or potential position & their availability and fitness to join us.
• Keep update information about max available communication medias/channels to attract active and passive candidates; web resources, social media, professional networking,online groups and professional communities ..etc
• Direct dealing with hiring managers in term of discussing properly screened candidates
• Identifying, coordinating and managing relationship with overseas agencies for visa process and necessary documentations.
• Pr***ding daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Experience & Skills:
• Broad knowledge and experience in Gulf and south Asian markets recruitment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Headhunting, market scanning
• Expertise in MS office applications for required reports generation
• *****alent to Bachelor in Business management or HR Management
Compensation:
• Base Salary: Sr. 6,500- Sr.8,500 ( Depending on depth and breadth of relevant experience)
• Housing Allowance: 25% of Basic
• Transportation Allowance:10% of Basic
• Annual Vacation :30Days
• Annual Vacation Allowance: Sr.6000 for Married & Sr.3,000 for unmarried
• Insurance cover under “A” category for employee and his immediate family
Key Short listing/selection Areas:
Candidate must possess required experience in all of the four areas:
1. MS Excel report generation
2. Track record of competitor and talent pool identification in his current or past jobs(Total headhunting process)
3. Track record of recruitment backup management for positions in his current and past jobs
4. Knowledge about critical areas hindering a recruitment process
