Recruitment & Employee Relations Specialist
Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam-Saudi Arabia
Nationality Required: Only for Saudi Nationals(Male) living in Eastern Pr***nce
Job Purpose and orientation :
Position is a operational agent between Personnel and Recruitment operations. Position holder is expected to carry out most of operational assignments required for effective and efficient analysis. You will be expected to work heavily on Microsoft Excel and a ERP based program used for payroll. This will give you a deep insight of working mechanism of personnel and recruitment domain- a best learning plate form.
We are not expecting applicant to be excellent in all given *********s but to have energy and willingness for learning and growth. Position has a dual core progression in career. One can move ahead in either recruitment or employee relations and max progression can be expected up to supervisor level, particularly in our company.
You expected to undertake the following but not limited to:
• To be focal point for employees and line managers in pr***sion of information on personnel aspects (e.g. performance management, absence management, disciplinary and grievances, redundancy programs etc)
• Assisting in updating and formation of monthly payroll, Medical insurance, and Gosi
• Drafting internal and external communication
• Assisting in interviews scheduling and conducting first phase phonic interview
Experience & Skills:
• A good functional knowledge of personnel and recruitment domain.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Expertise in MS office applications for required reports generation
• *****alent to Bachelor in Business management or HR Management
Compensation:
• Base Salary: Sr. 5,500- Sr.7,500 ( Depending on depth and breadth of relevant experience)
• Housing Allowance: 25% of Basic
• Transportation Allowance:10% of Basic
• Annual Vacation :30Days
• Annual Vacation Allowance: Sr.6000 for Married & Sr.3,000 for unmarried
• Insurance cover under “A” category for employee and his immediate family
Key Short listing/selection Areas:
Candidate must possess required experience in all of the four areas:
1. Must have willingness to work under pressure- it is a must otherwise job cant produce required results
2. should have attitude to play with numbers and working over computer continuously should not bother his performance
3. Track record of preparing reports on excel sheet and working on ERP sort of software
4. Track record of good Written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic- will be tested accordingly through previous job samples
