HR & Personnel Executive
Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam-Saudi Arabia
Nationality Required: Only for Saudi Nationals(Male) living in Eastern Pr***nce
Job Purpose :
To pr***de expertise, guidance, implementation and monitoring of the overall pr***sion of Human Resources services relating to policies and programs of the entire company.
Principal Accountabilities :
• Analyses, develops, recommends and implements consistent and efficient compliant Human Resources management policies and procedures.
• Pr***ding consultation and direction for the company-wide human resources programs & Practices.
• Applies knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including applicable policies and procedures and government regulations that are applicable to the scope of work responsibilities.
• Pr***ding expert consultation and Administration of Payroll process to ensure that overtime reports and Time & Attendance analysis pr***ded to Finance Department are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintains and update overall manpower head count to keep comply with the standard HR Department Reports and Management Presentations.
• Analyses and monitors the Time and Attendance of the individual employees for tardiness and absenteeism
• Administer, Maintain & proceed all payroll, End of Service, Medical Insurance,& GOSI activities.
Experience & Skills:
• Broad knowledge and experience in Saudi Labor, Policy & Procedures, Strategic Planning, and Employee Relations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to review, develop, amend, and write Human Resources Policies.
• Expertise in MS office applications for required reports generation
Compensation:
• Base Salary: Sr. 5,500- Sr.7,500 ( Depending on depth and breadth of relevant experience)
• Housing Allowance: 25% of Basic
• Transportation Allowance:10% of Basic
• Annual Vacation :30Days
• Annual Vacation Allowance: Sr.6000 for Married & Sr.3,000 for unmarried
• Insurance cover under “A” category for employee and his immediate family
Key Short listing/selection Areas:
Candidate must possess required experience in all of the four areas:
1. Employee Relations
2. Development & implementation of Hr Policies and practices
3. Strong experience in Payroll Management
4. Experience in Managing Medical Insurance and GOSI
