(Looking For IT Support (Saudi Male/Femal
RESPONSIBILITIES Resolving problems escalated from 1st line support Ensuring user customer satisfaction in every step of problem resolution Ensuring that calls logged and escalated by 1st line are responded to within set SLA and ensuring that the specific assigned tickets are kept updated throughout their life cycle Pr***ding support for all User desktop, PC’s and peripherals Pr***ding guidance and advice to users on the use of Standard applications Pro-active and accurate escalation of Incidents to 3rd level support teams as appropriate Pr***ding 2nd level support for systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Directory Services and remote access Diagnosing and resolving all software issues or queries to an advanced level, while visiting users to pr***de one to one assistance Pr***ding 2nd line level email administration which ******* user adds, changes, deletes, Rights management and client troubleshooting Basic server administration tasks. f.i. Folder administration, security and permissions administration To develop a strong working relationship with the business with a view to highlighting the important underpinning role that IT can and does pr***de to the business Being pro-active in making your career a success – if you have skills and talents that are not being fully utilised you need to make sure your line manager is aware and is taking appropriate action Using your self-awareness to identify areas of weakness and seek to build these up either through working more closely with colleagues who are strong in these areas or requesting appropriate training Demonstrating a willingness to offer this same support to others in areas where you are strong Participating actively and constructively in team meetings – your thoughts and ideas will influence what we do SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Excellent customer service skills Well-developed verbal and written skills Ability to liaise with staff and customers at varying levels within the business Proactive, logical approach to problem solving Understanding, both technically and with empathy Equally happy and effective working as part of a team or working alone unsupervised Strong interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Active Directory Administration Ability to administer Users, Groups and other administrative objects in an Active Directory Environment Microsoft 7 Professional administration and configuration and general application support Knowledge of network cabling, patching and network fundamentals Sound knowledge of hardware configuration Printer and print server configuration experience Experience of working in KSA/Jeddah Region is beneficial Education and Training (there is no reference to education below Experience in support role Experience supporting Microsoft O/S - Windows 7, Office 2007/10, Outlook 2007/10 Active Directory user administration both deskside and remotely Technology Microsoft O/S - Windows 7, Office 2007/10, Outlook 2007/10 Email - Exchange 2010 platform Software – AutoCAD suite Security – MS Forefront Endpoint Protection Tools - Remote desktop / Team Viewer / Microsoft tools -:Please send your CV to the following email mdbinsaeed@select-sa.com |
