Merchandising In charge is urgently required for a reputable food manufacturing and retail stores
Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Maintains store shelves by managing and observing the display of company products; remove damaged products; tidying store shelves;
2- Ensure optimum display of products.
3- Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
4- planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers;
5- working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales;
6- producing layout plans for stores, sometimes called 'statements
7- Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
8- maintaining awareness of competitors' performance;
9- monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary; gathering information on customers' reactions to products;
10- Managing, training and supervising junior staff.
Requited Qualification :
1- Saudi national or son of a Saudi citizen
2- Minimum high school degree (diploma or bachelor degree is an advantage )
3- Good – very good command of English language
4- (1-2) years experience in merchandising
