Draftsman needed for an international company.

Purpose:

• Preparation of detail engineering drawings for installation, civil guide drawings, schematics drawings as applicable using cad tools for substation projects.
• Preparation of cable schedule and wiring diagram and cable routing drawings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education / Experience

Engineering diploma or *****alent.
3-5 years experience in Substations design.

Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
Well versed with the cad tools Auto-CAD, Micro-station. Good understanding of substation equipment and drawings details. Understanding of HV design and construction requirements, understanding of customer drafting requirements and drafting procedures.

Specific knowledge

Micro-station and Auto CAD drafting tools, HV substation drafting application.

• Substation design knowledge.
• Good knowledge of layouts, Sections, Single line and cable routing drawings.
• Core managerial competencies.
• Ability for team work.

ENGINEERING:

Production of design and drawing in accordance with the engineering instruction.
Prepare the schematics, panels front view and the cable routing drawings.
Prepare the civil guide drawings, AC/DC panels single line diagram.

MATERIAL LIST & DAP:

• Prepare request for quotation DAP. From the layout drawings.
• Prepare the total cable list and the qty.

PROCESSES
• Implement and adhere to standardization of drawings.
