HR Specialist
للسعوديين فقط مطلوب أخصائي موارد بشرية للعمل بأحد المصانع في الدمام في المدينة الصناعية الثانية للقيام بالهمام التالية :
Carry out Policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for the company.
Identify company's need for recruitment and handle the recruitment process from building up pool of candidates, screening cvs, conducting interviews and tests, and handling the hiring and orientation procedures.
Prepare monthly payroll.
follow up attendance for all employees
Maintain and update personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
Handling Gosi file for the company.
Supervision GR Department for all governmental issues.
Identify company's need for training and coordination with training centers to ensure staff access to good training.
Participate in making an internal policy for the company.
Preparing the budget manpower for finance department.
و على أن تتوافر فيه المواصفات التالية :
- سعودي الجنسية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة
- شهادة بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال
- خبرة 3 سنوات في في الأعمال الموضحة أعلاه
- لديه سيارة خاصة
- الراتب والبدلات تحدد بعد المقابلة
