Job description:

Sales consultants work closely with customers throughout the sales process. They foster a successful relationship endearing the customer to their business. These consultants handle any enquires produced by the client, investigate the issue and pr***de the necessary feedback. They work hard to network and negotiate with potential clients about their ******, generating ******* for the company.
Consultants process customer ****** in a timely manner, ensuring the clients approval. They also work closely with other departments and teams, such as accounting and marketing. Sales consultants also use sales applications to update client information and requests. They often schedule appointments for sales representative and other consultants. Sales consultants keep normal office hours. They travel to client locations when needed

Selling skills a must. The ideal candidate will have five to seven plus years of selling Accounts Payable Solutions and Records Management and/or Document Management Solutions experience is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Multi-tasking is a daily requirement.
Must be highly competent with Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. technical aptitude required.
Must be willing to travel extensively and work non-standard work hours.
Demonstrated knowledge of workflow analysis and or prior consulting background.
Strong presentation skills including solutions for prospects and internal trainings (in person and via Webex).
Solid written, verbal communication, planning and organizational skills.
Commitment to follow through and complete assigned actions. Follow-up and follow through on projects as necessary.
Capable of interfacing well at all levels vertically and laterally within Iron Mountain and large client base.

Additional requirements of the Sales Consultant *******:
•2-year degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a similar field, in lieu of professional experience
OR Minimum 1 year of professional selling experience in lieu of a formal education
•Possessing a valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance and a dependable vehicle
•General computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Education

at least a bachelors degree. This degree is typically in a business related field such as marketing, finance or communications. Having a higher-level degree is valuable for professionals hoping to acquire higher managerial positions.
