Minimum Desired Educational Qualification 1. Minimum Graduate.
2. Strong exposure to local Sales and Marketing aspects.
Minimum Required Skill, Experience, Training
1. At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing in construction and building materials industry; 4 years in a leading position.
2. Experience with enterprise software solutions.



Task Description


1. Services existing accounts, obtains ******, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2. Resolves customer complaints regarding sales and products.
3. Directs and coordinates activities involving sales.
4. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
5. Directs, coordinates, and reviews activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping.
6. Meets or exceeds established sales goals by effective territory management.
7. Meets or exceeds program support quotas, pursuing sales and other engagements with customers and prospects to further relationships with those school districts.
