Title : Audio Visual Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Focus - Each day should contain a rich mix of the following:
Generating proposals for customers.
Handling high volume of sales leads; You will also be pr***ded with thousands of accounts Outgoing solicitation calls to distributors, dealers and end users.
Response to incoming calls.
Specific Duties:
Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services.
Follow up on sales leads and make cold calls to potential customers. Maintain a working knowledge of products and services and an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect the Audio-Video market.
Develop and deliver sales presentations/demos and close sales in a professional and effective manner by developing and generating sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers on audio-video services.
Produce regular reports and final plans in a timely manner to the Sales and Marketing Manager for approval.
Learn and become familiar with all of the demonstration equipment.
Pr***de customers with system designs and system specifications. Specify equipment to match applications Selling performance - Meet or exceed quotas
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop good working relationships with assigned accounts.
Pr***de a superior level of service, competitive bids, and on time deliveries as well as service after the sale. Interface with the customer service department when questions arise or to assist in them in resolving a problem or issue.
****** should be completed with all pertinent information and reviewed for accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university preferred.
At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Experience in the audio-video field a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, & Outlook.
Individual should be progressively motivated in building long-term relationships with customers.
Must have the ability to write reports, and business correspondences.
Ability to effectively present information and respond in a professional manner to questions from your manager, clients, and customers.
Excellent customer relation skills in addition to written/oral communication skills.
Individual must be competitive, result driven, and have a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to identify and qualify prospective customers by telephone, cold calls and networking.
Possess some level of technical knowledge to appreciate the challenges and opportunities posed by developing audio solutions.
Previous consultative selling experience with proven ability to hunt for and win new business a plus.
