Electrical Engineer – Low Current (JEDDAH)
Electrical Engineer – Low Current (JEDDAH) Job Role:
Ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate adequate planning of Low Current Systems including Lighting, Audio, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Access Gates, Controllers, Master Clock and Staff Paging Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supervising/Handling implementation of multiple sites.
-Lead installation team in the best practice to ***** a shortest execution period.
-Visualizing concepts.
-Interpreting manufacturer’s specifications and systems design with functionality.
-Organizing and presenting information to clients, co*******, vendors, etc.
-Writing a bill of materials.
-Estimating project costs.
-Creating schematics.
-Defining drawing and SLD layers, audio, video, RF, lighting, control, power, cables.
-Perform needs analysis by using a formal evaluation ****** in order to explore creative solutions to client’s needs.
-Generate block diagrams to show system level interconnection between components and subsystems in order to illustrate and troubleshoot signal flow.
-Verify system performance by validating the calibration against the specifications and remedy any discrepancies in order to ensure the installation complies with the design.
-Get and collate customers' feedback to improve the delivery of company products and services.
Skills:
-CAD/drafting techniques.
-Interior design techniques, construction environment and construction materials.
-Emerging technologies.
-Accurately recording information.
-Equipment and device mounting methods including back panel layouts.
-Common system failure modes and troubleshooting.
-Knowledge about low current security system.
-Standard test procedures.
-Self-motivated and flexible to work with less supervision.
-Highly innovative and proactive.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal in English.
-Computer literate (ERP, MS Office and any other software applications.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
-3-5 years of Experience
Working Conditions:
-In Jeddah
-Office work for 8 hours.
-Travel, if the work requires it.
*Salary will be determined by experience, competence and interview.
