Job Description:
• Control and report on the financial targets, as defined for the department.
• Ensure compliance to the local and legal regulations.
• Maintain an adequate administrative organization concerning General Services for the logistic aspects.
• Give guidance to the Administration staff assigned to the lines in terms of Transpiration and Logistics.
• Insurance: Follow up of all (local) insurance matters and liaison with Project Control Team as required.
• Invoice Control on fiscal and legal correctness.
• Control and ensure proper technical maintenance of company owned and hired vehicles.
• Manage relevant contracts, such as for ticketing, lease vehicles, purchase of vehicles, maintenance agreements, bus companies, water and diesel suppliers, etc.
• Prepare Purchase ****** according to the procedures for the aforementioned items.
• Supervise the Ticketing Offices and the Ticketing Process and supervise the transportation coordinator.
• Liaise with HR, Administration and Line Managers in order to make forecast of transportation needs.

• Review of financial correctness of all contractual documents prior acceptance of any commitment.
• Involvement and advice to all lines and departments concerning Logistics and Transport.
• Holds progress meetings with suppliers in different areas to be up to date on latest developments in the working field. And liaise with local authorities to be aware of any future changes concerning rules and regulations affecting the transportation of personal.


Experience & Skills :

• At least 5-10 years’ experience in similar position.
• fluent English.
• Ms Office experience.
