Finance Administrator Roles
As part of the company's development this growing region is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to play a significant role in the development of a new finance team in the Middle East region. The company prides itself on teamwork and being a people-based business placing great importance on personal integrity, emotional intelligence and inter-personal skills.
1. AP function :
• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
• Manage the weekly cheque requests for site.
• Receive vendor’s cheques for submission.
• List all vendor submitted cheques in the log book.
• Maintain listing of accounts payable for site.
• Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers.
• Log and submit all claims site to HO Finance.
2. Site Petty cash :
a. Maintains petty cash and records on an accurate basis.
b. Checking vouchers against receipts and recording.
c. Paying out against vouchers within the remit of the TQ KSA petty cash policy.
d. Reporting any discrepancies.
e. Ensuring safekeeping of moneys received.
f. Reconciling petty cash book on weekly basis .
3. Payroll functions:
g. Maintain a log file for distributed pay cheques.
h. Assist with payroll queries.
i. Establish and maintain confidential payslip employee copies.
4. Administrative support:
a. Maintain inventory files.
b. Prepare purchase ******
c. Review and verify expenses claims.
d. Maintain a filing system for all site financial documents.
e. Manage and maintain the finance department filing in a timely and organised manner.

Profile
Experience
• Minimum 3 years in accounting and/or administration.
• Previous experience in site administration is an advantage
Skills
• Accounting back ground skills.
• Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills
