Level: Management Position

Salary Range:

SAR$4,000 – SAR$7,000 per month based on experience and education level.

Benefits: Medical insurance, housing and transportation allowance if applicable

Position Requirements:
• This is Male only position
• Arab Nationality (Jordon, Egyptian or other GCC)
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Minimum 4-year college degree required
• 5-years experience in training center management & sales required

General Purpose:
To pr***de general day-to-day support to Center Director, training consultants and trainees. Performs Sales & Marketing activities to individuals for training program enrolments.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• In coordination with the Center Director the Training Program Manager is responsible for advertising for, and coordinating individual training programs to be conducted at IWEKSA training centers.

• Pr***de overall Center support in the areas of training, sales & marketing, IT/technology, and other initiatives through collaboration with Center Director, support staff, consultant trainers and trainees.

• Maintains accurate trainee records and assists in pr***ding and interpreting Center policies and regulations related to trainee records information by managing the Centers registration software.

• Be involved in using the computer systems for registration, record keeping, word processing and other data handling functions to ensure smooth operation of the Center.



Minimum Requirements:

• Four-year degree required with evidence of formal training.

• Five years of experience directly related to job duties.

• Employee supervision experience with history of strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Evidence of strong technical/IT background. Proficient in MS Office applications and use of the Internet.

• Fluent in Arabic and good English (speaking and writing) required.
