From May 2014 – Till now o Responsibilities : Responsible for planning & buying goods in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards. Processing PO/RFQ inspecting deliveries and managing inventories. Pr***ding consistent update to the CEO on warehouse and stock issues, Etc. • Purchasing and Maintenance Officer From December 2011 - May 2014 o Responsibilities : implementations of field procurement, processing PO/ RFQ Negotiate with suppliers. Tracking suppliers. Participation in the preparation of projects budget, ensure receive all requests accurately. Evaluating suppliers. Supervision of maintenance main office, branch offices, warehouses. Coordinating with Accounting in billing and payments to fulfill company and supplier goals in the right time • Purchasing and Material Coordinator From December 2006 – November 2011 o Responsibilities: Purchasing all materials and tools. Processing PO/ RFQ. Manage Receive all products and material accurately. Conduct periodic reviews of inventory levels and Pr***de inventory forecast Ensure all inbound inventory is received into the system at the close of each business day Evaluate supplier performance.
