1- سعودي الجنسية (رجال)
2- يفضل أن يكون خريجي معهد الأدارة
3- يتحدث اللغة الأنجليزية بطلاقة
4- لدية خبرة من 2- 3 سنوات في الموارد البشرية
5- يجيد استخدام الحاسب الآلي

Primary purpose of the job

· To coordinate with tertiary institutions and technical schools to meet the organization's recruitment needs.
· To assist in coordinating Local recruitment Advertising Campaigns, Career Day exhibitions, and Vocational/ Technical/ University career/ awareness visits to attract talented Saudi nationals and portraying the Company’s quality image during the events.
· Prepare HRDF contracts for Saudi candidates. Responsible for communicating all HRDF issues to responsible parties.

Principal accountabilities

· Responsible for coordinating job fairs, exhibitions and forums.
· Visiting schools and tertiary institutions and will coordinate summer shadowing programs, exhibitions and student visits for Saudi nationals.
· Assist with the Apprenticeship Program recruitment process, interview and select qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial screening and interviews of potential Saudi National.
· Maintain records of Saudi employees and activities to ******* HRDF, Apprenticeship, Sales and Study Abroad programs and responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the HRDF and informing relevant departmental managers of any changes in HRDF legislation.
· Contact all possible sources (Labor Offices, Universities, Colleges, Institutes, Schools, etc.) to identify talented young Saudis (capable of filling existing/ future
vacancies) and carry out regular visits to those places to achieve this purpose
