Recruitment Specialist – Males Section Riyadh
Position Title (Recruitment Specialist – Male Section) Riyadh
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
Nationality: Saudi or from Mother
Age from 24 years to 31 years
Gender: Male
Qualifications: High School or Diploma
Full knowledge of windows and MS Office applications
English (Excellent)
From Riyadh City
Ability to work under pressure
Experience in the same field at least a year.
Full knowledge about employment sources to contact (important).
Functional tasks:
Collect data of candidates from sources of employment
Posting of the jobs and filtering and sorting CVs
Handling phone calls to schedule interviews
Interviews
Data entry
Collecting Hiring documents and deliver them to human resource dept.
Handling contracts, Letters, Appointment requests, Insurance Requests, Training and employment contracts
Coordination with human resources management to complete daily work procedures
Working hours:
Working hours from 8:00 to 16:30
Working hours to 9 hours (including one hour break)
OFF days 2 per week (Friday and Saturday)
