• maintaining and enhancing system controls and system health.
• Business Functionality: maintaining the Key user and end user trainings and support.
• Solution Architect: Gathering, designing and executing the key and end users requirements.
• maintaining ERP Database (Backups, maintenance plans, ensuring the database health).
• Application administrator: make sure that the system is operating well and avoid drop and low performance problems.
• In Application Security Management (users, menus, responsibilities) Solid knowledge of Workflow Management (Developing, troubleshooting, re-assigning, setup, performance)
• Developing SSRS Reports Using X++
• Managing and Control Application Modules
