Position Title (Assistant IT Manager) based Jeddah City

:Required Qualifications & Skills
Nationality: Saudi or Not Saudi
Gender: Male
From: Jeddah City
Education: Diploma or College/University (Preferred)


:Required Experience: with experience not less than 6 years and has the below skills

Fluent in English & Arabic - Excellent written skills
Hands-on Experience with Cisco VOIP system and Cisco Contact Center Solutions (Cisco CCM, Cisco UCCX, Cisco IPCC)
Experience with Microsoft based networks including AD, Exchange, TMG, DNS, WINS, … etc
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Cisco Voice Gateways
Configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Switches and firewalls
Knowledge with MS SQL server
Has Suppliers and Clients’ negotiation skills
The ability to manage and assign tasks to junior and senior supporting teams
The ability to work under pressure and after working hours
