Job Description: • To produce the management accounts for the business in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.
• To
pr***de business information and KPIs to senior management.
• To produce, review and reconcile the balance sheet for the company, ensuring that the correct accounting treatment has been applied at all times.
• Local responsibility for debtor control and cash collection.
• To ensure governance and audit processes are adhered to and to plan and execute regular reviews and ‘checks and balances’ to meet minimum requirements
• To support the production of the year end statutory accounts and tax audits.
• To
pr***de point of contact for escalations and queries within the department
• Maintain relationships with the local banks.
• To assist members of the team in the delegation and allocation of work and activities across the department
• Production of information and reports within given deadlines.
• Compliance with audit requirements
• Be a contributing member of the Middle East and International Finance department
•
Pr***de regular updates and information to line manager and team members
Job Requirements: Internationally recognised accountancy qualification preferred, but qualified by experience will be considered
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office
Good organisation and time management skills meet required deadlines
Experience in managing a finance department
Have a flexible approach and confident team player
