Technical Sales Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers,and future technology requirements.
Working closely with customers on the technical requirements to pr***de technical solutions .Identifying requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
Developing and establishing strong relationships with strategic clients and industry partners.
Pr***ding product updates and technical advice to clients. Explaining technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
Architecture/design some of the most complex solutions using the latest technology in CISCO, MICROSOFT, HP, DELL and EMC²
Initiate pre-sales activities, consulting services and products. Developing projects’ scopes (SOW) and preparing proposals.
Performing competitive analyses.
Skills
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
- May have experience as a network or systems
administrator.
- General knowledge of CISCO ,MICROSOFT ,HP ,DELL AND EMC² storage technology and products.
- Organization, communication and time management.
Education Required:
Bachelors (IT) or *****alent.
Professional Certification:
CISCO, Microsoft, HP, EMC²,CCNP (CISSP optional and preferred).
Experience Required:
3-5 Years
