مطلوب لدى شركة بالخبر موظف فني شبكات Networking technician

على ان يكون خبره 5 سنوات وحاصل على بكالوريوس

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

· Follow up with all staff in IT department.
· Creation of requests on the IT portal (Service Request Management), and following up with users.
· Create new IT forms or modifying it.
· Make purchase ****** for any hardware and software.
· Format the computers and download all software.
· Solve the problem in the Pcs, printers.
· Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal unknown.
· Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain. Presentations, Records, ************ and unknown.
· Devising and maintaining office systems.
· Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
· Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing and creation of IT PO’s.
· Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
· Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
· Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post.
· Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
· Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

· Pr***de technical support to end-users within the organization both onshore and offshore.
· Carry out maintenance and minor repairs for all pc at project site onshore and offshore.
· Maintain and manage, file servers, printers and scanners and other related equipment.
· Daily routine check in local networks to insure that the system and connection are working properly.
· Assist visiting IT specialist or vendors when necessary.
