Responsibilities

1 Studies and maps business processes, and identifies problems with the guidance of Senior IT Applications Programmers
2 Trains end-users in relevant IT application modules
3 Documents business processes
4 Performs analyses with the guidance of the Senior IT Applications Programmers
5 Prepares basic program documentation and end-user documentation
6 Assists in designing screens and interfaces
7 Assists in testing and debugging
