Custom Clarence "SFDA" Coordinator needed
Experienced Custom Clarence "SFDA" Coordinator needed For FMCG company in AlKhobar
Candidate must have adequate knowledge and have worked with the Government bodies having familiarity with the SASO regulations, and have worked as a strong representative of a company to deal with any cases arose regarding import shipments, and other relevant government issues.
Duties:
1) Registration of products on SFDA Site prior to import.
2) Registration of all products produced at the plant.
3) Registration of invoices for all import shipments.
4) Dealing with the SFDA re clearance of each order/items.
5) Tracking of each shipment and promptly organize clearance with SFDA.
6) Extensive coordination with the several government bodies.
7) Communicating with the suppliers on any new SASO/SFDA regulations.
8) Coordination with marketing and plants (quality control).
9) Preparation of Duty Exemption Application for Ministry.
10) Preparation of Subsidies application for Ministry.
11) Obtaining permission for chemical and additives products and its relevant samples.
Qualification:
• A minimum High School Qualification with proficiency of English Speaking/Writing.
• Fully familiar with Operating Desktop, browsing the net, and to work online.
• Presentable and having learning capabilities.
• Willing to accept challenges and take up any assignments.
• Meet Timely deadline as assigned.
• Precise Time Management.
Preferred Qualification:
• Knowledge of SFDA (Saudi Food Drug Authorities).
• SFDA Product Registration Process and formalities.
• Coordination with the SFDA Representatives locally and in Riyadh.
• Coordination with customs official.
• Familiarity with FMCG (food products import).
• Knowledge of labeling legends as per SASO regulations.
• Knowledge of exemption (for Industrial products).
