Business Management
Accountable for cMPS and pMPS channel quota, forecast and business reviews
Responsible for cMPS program (pr***des input to MS BDM for pMPS program)
Channel Sales
Strategic engagement with partners focused on MPS, in driving / developing cMPS and pMPS programs.
Partner SPOC when no generalist PBM is assigned.
Monitors partners cMPS and pMPS pipeline & KPIs, develop & influence opportunities for HP.
Accountable for both cMPS and pMPS partner recruitment and development
Accountable for Ind MPS demand generation activities at the partner (hunting, farming and EOT activities)
MDF Planning for iMPS
End User Sales
Together with partner, represents HP in front of customer in deal closing process to win key projects for Ind MPS (cMPS)
Pr***de printing, contractual & solutions sales expertise to drive cMPS
cMPS pipeline management
Channel advocate in CEP Indirect space
KPIs
Ind MPS performance (SO, NB TCV and EOT)
Forecast accuracy
SoB in assigned district
Pipeline key metrics (Size, Shape, WR)
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
•University or Bachelor's degree
•Typically 8-12 years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
•Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
Knowledge and Skills Required:

•Thorough understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions ******* competitive positioning and business models
•Thorough understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, and alignment with HP GBU go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure and business model.
•Thorough understanding of HP's products, software, and services. Able to communicate the strengths of HP's offerings relative to competition, and overcome objections
•Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships with partner decision makers; aligning partner and HP processes; and promoting HP programs and offerings
•Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and HP's share
•Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.
•Ability to motivate partner's sales force.
•Coordinates and directs efforts across HP sales teams and across business groups
•Thorough understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners/other sales teams members
• Fluency in English & Arabic required

Responsibilities:
Pr***de HR customer service support to employees and managers
Support managers on Human Resources (HR) and recruiting processes, communicate front-end process capabilities to managers, and proposes solutions to HR needs.
Resolve employee Human Resources (HR) support cases of moderate complexity that cannot be answered immediately through service centers
Identify areas for process improvements
Assist with analytical and administrative support tasks for priority projects of varying complexity
Assist with basic reporting needs and analyses ******, employee, and financial data.
Specializes in the support processes and engages in the beginning-to-end support process within a sub-region or function.
Updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Pr***de Training Co-ordination support to the Skills Development Facilitator
Coordination and follow through on HR objectives to ensure timelines are maintained
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
· First-level university degree or *****alent experience.
· Typically 0-2 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall Human Resources (HR) environment.
· Basic local HR knowledge and legislation
