One of the Leading Insurance Com. in Riyadh needs: Applications Support Specialist (Oracle, SQL)

Responsibilities:
Identifies and implements business processes in the IT applications modules
Conducts requirements analysis and systems study, and maps them to the business processes
Responsible for simulating processes and develop processes in IT applications modules
Documents functional specifications, procedures, and user manuals
Gives functional support for IT applications modules
Responsible for setting up the master data for IT applications modules
Gives implementation and functional support for ERP modules
Responsible for technical development and customization
Gives user authorizations in the ERP
Consistently codes high-quality (efficient, user-friendly, maintainable, well-documented, etc.) software programs and applications according to technical specifications and user requirements
Designs user-friendly screens and interfaces
Develops understanding and fluency in the technology and the development tools used
Applies application development best practices and standards and ACI application development guidelines
Conducts training for end users
Conducts comprehensive testing of solutions and new implementations
Troubleshoots, repairs, and recovers system problems for end users
Ensures close association with IT applications service agencies
Analyzes report requirements, and tests customized reports
Performs system checks and data validation on timely basis
Reviews IT applications modules to ensure the smooth flow of business processes
