Customer Relationship Manager Male or Female
A new GCC company in KSA looking for a qualified Manager as per the below requirements:
Manager – Customer Relationship Management:
Brief Job profile:
Candidate will be responsible for setting up the CRM function for new dealership in KSA; including setting up of the business processes and hiring the team. He/she will help acquire new to customers; manage the customer’s life cycle, from conceptualization of campaigns, through to post-event analysis.
Education:
A recognised university Bachelors or Masters Degree in business management
Language: Must be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
Work experience: At least 8- 10 years
Nationality: Saudi national
Gender: Male or Female
City: Job will be based in Riyadh
