A new GCC company in KSA looking for a qualified Data Analyst as per the below requirements:

Data Analyst:

Brief Job profile:
Brief Job profile : Brief Job profile : Candidate will Provde overall database administration and IT support to the CRM team. This will inclode setting up campaigns on the system, extracting and uploading data based on user requirements, supporting roll out of new applications or CRM database upgrades, and also be responsible for doing all business analysis and reports by using the appropriate CRM software.

Education:
Preferred software diploma / graduation degree

Language: Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to speak Arabic will be an advantage
Work experience: At least 4-5 years
Nationality: Any nationality
Gender: Male or Female
City: Job will be based in Riyadh

You claim that you're looking for someone who's experienced in a field that isn't even within the grasp of most Saudis in terms qualifications.
I don't really understand the meaning of posting such job listings in a forum that's obviously geared towards a sub-population that isn't trully qualified for the position you're offering. Are you ridiculing the desperate people who are so eager to sustain themselves like me?

I am 100% certain that you'll never hire someone who's Saudi no matter how highly qualified he is. You're just posting this job out of ridicule.

Assuming that you're the hiring person behind the ad and not just someone delegating it.
