Sales Representative / Western Province
Big company working in the field Car Rental Looking for Sales Representative
POSITION: Sales Representative JOB FUNCTIONS: Sale of Car Rental, Limousine, and Lease Services REPORTS TO: Sales Manager GENERAL PRE-REQUISITES: Degree: Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing. Experience: Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar position. Language: Preferably English & Arabic Communication Skill: Excellent Computer Literacy: Good in MS Office Valid Saudi Driving License. Knowledge of the Auto Rental / Lease or Automotive industry is a definite plus. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with higher levels of management. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote/sell/secure ****** from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various service ******urations; building rapport. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints. Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining pr***sions; collect down payments; monitor vehicle deliveries thru the after sales team. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. Identify advantages and compare organization’s products/services. Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment. Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
