PURPOSE
The Government Relations Officer (GRO will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to employees and the college, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies.

DUTIES
Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees.
Process and renew of permits and licenses including college trade license, chamber of commerce certificates of registration, civil defense certificate for the college, etc.
Make trips to Bahrain to renew the visit visas of staff.
Communicate with the agencies in different countries to help expats get their visas processed.
Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.

Saudi National
Full knowledge of government relations requirements and Saudi Labour Rules.
Fluency in English

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

At least 3 years’ experience in GRO Role.
