(Senior Clients Accounts Specialist) – Dammam City
Job description:
Manages and controls the process of order management and dispatch in both Oracle and VAS to maintain accurate sales records that are within customer credit limits.
Monitors and reports on sales, customer balances, and dispatch activities and recommends and implements approved procedures to enhance efficiency of the company’s total sales operations. Manages and maintains accurate and up-to-date customer Statement of Accounts (SOA). Coordinates with other Sections / Divisions at various locations to ensure the smooth and continued sales operations to the optimum extent to meet customer requirements.
Reviews and investigates customer complaints and recommends possible solutions to Sales Manager. Maintains good and cordial relations with all customers by responding efficiently and in proper manner to their information needs.

Job Requirement:
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar related activities.
• Education: Completion of University education (Bachelor degree) in Finance, Accounting or related field.

• Skills: Past Experience with ERPs (preferred in Oracle).
• Thoroughness, organized and attention to detail.
Self-directed and motivated with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
