Supervise the implementation of HR programs and processes, training and development cycle, performance appraisal and OD where related between Human Capital and hospital staff.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is required
-7 years of experience in Human Resources and 2 years in supervisory level, preferably in healthcare
