Job Purpose:
Production team leader work under the Plant Manager of the production. She is responsible in planning, coordinating and controlling of manufactured processes.in addition She is required to monitor production of goods in level of quality expectations, ensure accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost and provides administrative support to production staff, and run a safety production process as per the guidelines. Daily works and supervising the production employees. This position is responsible to discuss overall facility production. In addition, the employee checks and monitors production and assign work as required

Basic Academic Qualification
• BE / B.Sc.in any Food Science/Safety

Technical Certifications

Age
• 20-40
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in production team leader or supervision
Specific Industry Experience
• Preferred work experience from any Foods.
Computer Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office application and other desktop utilities.
Language Proficiency
• Strong communication skills in English Language (verbal and written).
Personal Competencies
• Leadership skills
• Team Player.
Technical Competencies
• Awareness of Health & Safety Environment Practices.
• Ensuring adequate training / awareness of company personnel for the implemented HSE.
• Initiate Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis with the concerned proponents and provide recommendations for improvement to the management.
