§ Should be able to handle workforce upto 10 TL with span of 200 agents
§ Having good presentation skills and ability to interact with client for day to day matters.
§ Ability to work with numbers and very hands on resource with excellent people management and motivation skills
§ Strong in execution
§ Excellent communication skills should be able to articulate in Arabic and English – Both written and spoken
Green Belt trained or preferred certified
2- Quality & Training Manager
Skills :
§ Professionally qualified (Master/Graduate Degree)
§ 5+ years of relevant job experience
§ Strong team leadership, motivation and training skills
§ Very good operational and Technical/Telecom or service industry with regards to training and quality
§ Very good verbal and written communication skills
§ Experience in handling complex situations and guide team on how to create process and training manuals
§ Green Belt Trained / certified
§ Should be able to articulate in Arabic and English – Both written and spoken
§ Ability to identify training needs of quality teams and accordingly impart training to team members
§ Coach quality teams to achieve client SLA's
To develop strong inter-personal relationships with team, to cohesively bond them together with the company
3- Project Manager / Data Scientist
Skills:
Data miner is expected to understand the business requirement and perform the task assigned in model building
· Understanding of business applications of data analysis/ modeling
· Monitor the results of the models built by the team.
· Mentor the team and guide them on difficult situations.
· Align analytics objectives with business objectives.
Take a consultative approach for the clients and support the solutioning team when needed.
· More than 5 years’ experience in developing analytics solutions for client's business problem.
· Hands-on experience in model building - logistic regression, behavior segmentation etc.
· Experience in analytics project/ work stream management
· Experience in client management in the analytics domain
· Create analytic solutions by exploring innovative data and techniques; conducting exploratory data analysis and modeling; creating predictive and prescriptive models supporting a vast array of customer and business scenarios; performing statistical tests to enhance the predictability of deployed models
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Hands-on experience in data handling and statistical tools like SQL, SPSS, SAS, UNICA etc., with excellent SAS skills
4- Quality& Training Analysts
Skills :
§ Graduate or *****alent with 3-5 years of relevant experience
§ Should have worked in BPO or service industry for at least 2 years with experience in training resources
§ Preferred Training on client’s quality processes in past
§ Should be able to present and talk to agent in group forums
§ Good understanding of MS office specially MS Excel and PowerPoint
§ Should have understanding on how audits, quality monitoring is conducted
§ Preferred Yellow Belt trained
Should be able to articulate in Arabic and English – Both written and spoken
