SDU (PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT ANALYST)

A. COMPETENCIES:

6. Technical Skills

6.1 Ability to develop, prepare, and conduct SDU-related programs and workshops

6.2 Demonstrate excellent ability in training delivery

6.3 Has competencies to develop programs that improve the quality of company training

6.4 Ability to conduct on-site certification follow-up visits to observe trainers, mentors, and evaluators in their work sites to ensure application of acquired skills for the certification

B. QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Has a B.A. degree in English language teaching.

2. Has a minimum of four years of teaching experience.

Role and responsibility of HVAC Evaluator
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Install and maintain diverse heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician to ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician to ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Perform checks on motors and belts and handle lubrication duties.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Change filters and replace any parts as they wear out.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Repair motors and service steam and hot water boilers.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician to Ensure that chemical compositions in equipment are adequate at all times.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician when Handle conduit running for HVAC equipment.
• Evaluate the Contractor HVAC technician to Order any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation as needed.

HVAC Evaluator Position Requirement

• Has strong background in Mechanical Skills .
• Has Customer-service skills .
• Has the Time-management skills – & is being able to effectively manage a schedule while remaining organized.
• Has at least 2 years Education acquiring a formal credential (certificate, diploma or degree) As HVAC Technician and evaluator .
• Has certain licenses in HVAC

Role and responsibility of Electrician Evaluator
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Evaluate the Contractor electrician when Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Attend the Contractor electrician technician test conducted by third party (Training Center ).

Electrician Evaluator Position Requirement
