HR Payroll Officer-Saudi ONLY
Job Title: HR Payroll Officer
Work Location: Riyadh
Employment Status: Full Time
Nationality: Saudi ONLY (Male Or Female)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of deductions, leaves.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing HR related issues.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
Skills and Qualifications:
• BA in Accounting or HR
• Professional in Excel
• Confidentiality
• Reporting Skills
• Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Analyzing Information Skills
