ARTICLE 2: SHIPMENT
2.1. Port of loading : HO NH CITY,
2.2. Port of delivery : DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA
2.3. Trade term : CFR DAMMAM SAUDI ARABIA
2.4. Latest date of shipment : not later than 05 Dec 2016 (within 10 days when received signed & stamped contract and deposit money)
2.5. Shipping mode : FCL
2.6. Transhipment : Allowed
2.7. Partial shipment : Not Allowed
2.8. Documents : Commercial Invoice, contract, packing list, B/L, C/O, Phytosanitary Certificate.
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
Payment will be made by Telegraphic transfer (T/T).T/T 50% of the proforma invoice amount as deposit; this deposit amount shall be paid within 2 days from the date Contract signed. The balance will be paid within 5 days after scan of full shipping documents presented by email.
These amounts will be transferred to the seller into his banking account as below:

All banking charge outside of SAUDI ARABIA is at the expense of Beneficiary.
ARTICLE 4: ARBITRATION
All disputes in connection with this Contract ot the execution thereof shall be settled through amicable negotiation between the two Parties. If such negotiation fails, both Parties agree to choose International Economic Arbitration Centre of Singapore to settle with English law to be applied. The decision made shall be regarded as final and binding for all Parties. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the losing Party.
The Contract shall be explained, understood and governed in accordance with English law.
ARTICLE 5: GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1. Any amendment shall be discussed and agreed by both parties in the spirit of friendship and mutually benefits.
5.2. This contract comes into force from the signing date by fax/ scanned in English.
