Summary:
Directly supervise and coordinate the first-line activities of Technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for General Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery & Equipment.
- Responsible for the implementation of the periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipment and maintain their records from time to time.
- Responsible for preparation of material indents for all Mechanical & Electrical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
- Ensure to follow Safety Guidelines and address the issues within least possible time.
- Ensure coordination among the team and carryout activities/assignments within the schedule time.
- Ensure to coordinate all statutory inspections pertaining to Mechanical & Electrical as per the schedule.
- Monitors, maintains, and record the tools being used by the Technicians.
- Responsible for Technical and Maintenance record of PPL.
- Approves item request for needed spare parts in Production.
-Prepares report on monthly spare parts costing.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial manufacturing
- a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical engineering
- Good English language
