مطلوب موظفة (محاسبة) في احدى مصانع الجبيل الصناعية

يعلن احد المصانع الواقع في الجبيل الصناعية عن توفر وظيفة في قسم المحاسبة لسيدات فقط حسب الشروط التالية:

 Maintain Supplier Records by timely booking of Accrual by verifying the documents and applicable procedure
 Timely Processing of Payments of Suppliers and other services.
 Suppliers Aging Report
 Reconciliations of Banks / Supplier Accounts / Customers / Group Companies / Others.
 Petty Cash Management.
 Assist in preparation of Monthly / Annual Financial Statements.
 Assist in preparation of Annual Financial Budgets and Forecasts.
 Aware with the internal control procedures and apply accordingly.
 Maintain and update the record Fixed Assets in the system with timely acquisition and disposals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

* Degree in Finance
* min 2 year relevant experience

* Good knowledge of Excel and ERP
