Factory Manager
To oversee plant operations by leading a technical resources team and effectively co-operate with various departments within Pnkyz Factory, ensures the implementation of safety & occupational health regulations in a factory to meet customer requirements.

1. Plan production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, machine maintenance schedules to maintains product quality.
2. Ensure the safety standards are being maintained and that labors are abiding workplace safety rules.
3. Ensure that the produced products meet the level of quality demands; policies and programs are being followed and must provide training to meet better requirements demanded by customers.
4. Meet and collaborate with other factory managers for successful production goals, also meet with the sales team to ensure shipping and receiving schedules are running adequately.
5. Responsible for maintaining the accurate quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of produced products in order to satisfy the customers.
6. Execute factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general production strategy to achieve production goals.
7. Review the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel to better achieve results.
8. Allocate resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals and must manage work priorities and timelines.
9. Encourage his team to perform excellent work output to meet production plans.
