COFFEE SHOP SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE
We are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Supervisor for one of our sites .

The successful candidate will need to be flexible to cover holidays & Absence

RESPONSIBILITIES
Resuming Managers duties in their absence.

Ensure that the coffee shop is sufficiently stocked to meet demand, stock awaiting sale is kept at optimum condition and wastage is minimised and recorded
Ensure the coffee machines are in good working order and maintained on a regular basis.
Supervision of the team to ******* attendance and performance management.
Training new student staff to Autographs standards.
Cash Handling & Banking.
Responsibility to maintain cleaning standards and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed.
Ensure health and safety is observed and carried out on site.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous Catering experience within a similar environment.
Basic food hygiene certificate preferred but not essential.
Supervisory skills.
