call center agent – Riyadh

.We are looking for staff to work in a call center environment in Riyadh, our company is a Facilities Management company that receives calls from our tenants both residential and commercial
:Responsibilities
Answer and respond to incoming calls from tenants -
Log the details of the job or query received from the tenant -
Monitor progress of contractors’ response to the tenants’ job requests -
Liaison between the call center and other parties who will manage the job requests -
Maintain records of all activities and communications -
Produce reports of activities and communications as required -
Accurately follow procedures and processes. -
All staff will be required to support a duty roster to deliver a 24/7 service -
The working hours average is 8.5 hrs. per day, 42.5 hrs. per week with usually 2 days rostered off in a 7 day period
but this is subject to operational requirements -
:Prerequisites
Good English language skills is required as some of the tenants do not speak Arabic -
Previous experience in customer services will be well received -
Must be able to work on all call center shifts, day shifts, evening shifts and night shifts -
The job is in Riyadh so candidates should be available locally for an interview -
:Benefits
Salary: Total salary between SAR 6,000 to SAR 8,000 depending on experience, GOSI will be deducted from salary -
Medical insurance: Provided -
Annual leave : In compliance with the labor law -
