PURPOSE
Support Financial Controlling/ Accounting team as well as Saudi Market unit in overall complying with company Financial Manual while day to day processing of accounting transaction.
Responsible for accounts payable section including periodic closing and management reporting, Activities also ******* logistics cost accounting and vendor reconciliation with vendors.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Describe the principal duties which must be completed or else this job is not being performed. A duty is defined as a group of tasks that constitutes one of the distinct and major activities involved in the work performed.
Duty (Text will automatically wrap)
1 • Review AP journals to ensure proper recording before posting to the General Ledger.
2 • Review AP Journals to ensure that the 3 way matching have been completed before the invoices payment process.
3 • Ensure timely payment as per schedule and due dates and maintain a score card for monthly payment calendar.
4 • Following up for discrepancies with local and foreign vendors in the coordination with Controller and/or other functions.
5 • Leading the supplier’s statements reconciliation process.
6 • Liaise with Tax consultant to fill monthly withholding Tax.
