we are looking for IT technician , help desk agent to work in Riyadh

The responsibilities to *******:

•Assist in all End user management activities that cover the service desk, field support, software, asset and access management
•Manage day to day service operations, deliver components for end users’ hardware and software
•Assists in providing technical support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of equipment and systems....
•End user support specialist must diagnose computer hardware, network systems and computer software programs accurately and quickly.
•Ensure service operations against stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements
•Ensure the customer experience is maintained for service delivery through field support and service desk
•Monitor, measure, report and review current performance of end users equipment and maintain the required capacity needs
•Respond to all requirements and escalations for end user support

requirements :
must be able to communicate in English
have an IT sciences degree or related to
job only for ladies
