The successful candidate will have experience of all aspects of managing a membership scheme. Acting as the organisational lead for membership, he will have confidence in developing a long term membership sales strategy and evaluating and implementing changes in the strategy.

The incumbant will be responsible for but not limited to overall membership sales strategy, acquisition and retentions of members, event management, database, marketing & communications, finances & reporting etc.

This post reports to the Club General Manager and currently has line management responsibility for Membership Consultants. The incumbant will also work closely with other department at club and head office and will be expected to maintain strong ties with the company's wider dynamic and passionate team.

Applicant Criteria:

Education: Business Admin/ Mgt. graduate
Age: Maximum 32
Experience: 3 to 5 years (in selling memberships for fitness club or recreational/ leisure resort)
Nationality: Saudi preferably
Gender: Male
