Marketing and Sales Executives Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-5 years sales experience and 2-3 years of successful track record in selling specialty chemicals
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business degree with emphasis on sales and marketing are preferred majors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with strong business related knowledge.
• The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and presentation skills.
• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
• Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
• Should have some work experience in facing the customers
• Team player with leadership quality
• Decision maker
• Flexible attitude
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers in order to maximize satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Responsible for sales under guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Responsible for his own accelerator plan, developed in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Develops sales skills with support of external training programs as well as the support of Sales & Marketing Director.
• Develops products and application knowledge with support of external training programs and/or experienced colleagues.
• Represent GCI in several national and international conferences and workshops.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business and new clients
• Sales & sales prospecting
• Account development
• Develop new markets
• Forecast sales.
• Deal with consumers face to face.
• Travel to visit potential clients
• Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality,
price and delivery
• Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
