We are looking for a legal counsel to work with us in our department. Below you can find the job description:
· Candidate Profile:
- Saudi National
- Law degree from a recognized law school.
- An excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English.
- At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience working as a lawyer.
- Experience dealing with both corporate and litigation matters, as well as labor law issues.
- Previous HR and/or GRO experience is highly desirable.
- Fluency in dealing with KSA governmental agencies (e.g. SAGIA and MOCI) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a multicultural atmosphere and willingness to stretch beyond his immediate comfort zone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Primary responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team and render assistance on a wide variety of matters.
- Support interactions with KSA governmental agencies (e.g. SAGIA and MOCI).
- Draft, review and negotiate all legal documentation relating to group’s activities.
- Prepare for litigation and represent the group companies before KSA courts.
- Perform research regarding a wide variety of matters under KSA law and provide advice to internal stakeholders.
