HR Coordinator
A Major company in Saudi Arabia currently having a vacancy for
HR Coordinator as with below details
Job Description:
Updating sharing database according to the Muqeem along with employee’s
official documents soft copy.
Preparing weekly report of nearly expired Iqama (60 days), submitted to
ER Manager.
Following up with accounts department for iqama & labor card payment for
approved renewal.
Updating the ERP system with renewed Iqama, Passports, and Driving
Licenses.
Preparing PRs for human Resources.
Following up with Muqeem to make sure that expired re-entry visa has been
extended or the employee was removed from Muqeem.
Uploading the WPS file in MOL.
Any other tasks related to his position.
Requirement:
( for Saudi National only- Male)
High School or Diploma in HR or Admin.
1 to 2 years in the same field
Good in Governmental Services
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Fair English language.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary to be determined after the interview

21 days vacation yearly
Two days weekend
