• 1-3 years of experience as a visual designer and/or in an in-house or agency creative position
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash/Animate, etc.
• Experience with both digital and printed graphics and optimization
• An eye for design/typography and keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; willingness to pitch in to help the team
• Talented and versatile with a desire to take our design to the next level
• Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration
• Are passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns.
• Are a strong communicator and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timeline
